Summer Camp: Church Scholarship Application
Info You Need to Know
- We will meet at Summit Church at 11am on Monday Morning
- We will stop for lunch on the way up to camp. Please bring some money for your student to use on the way up to camp.
- Students Need to bring bedding (pillows, blankets, sheets) and toiletries (soap, shampoo, towels). These are not supplied by the Camp.
- Camp concludes following Lunch at 1pm Saturday the 13th. We will be arriving back at Summit Church at roughly 6pm Saturday Evening and we will keep parents updated as we travel.
- While it may not be listed in the Parent Packet, please advise your student to have some nice looking clothing for our night chapels (This does NOT have to be Sunday best or anything fancy. Just some CLEAN clothes that are respectable)
- All Payments for camp must be finalized by July 10th
- All team assignments have been sent to the email you used to register for Camp

- Students will be allowed to have their phones on the way up to camp and on the way back but while at camp all phones will be secured in a lockbox. At night after camp activities there are assigned "call times" when students are free to call their parents. If at ANY point a parent wants to contact their child they are more than welcome to do so. Likewise if a student wants to reach out to a parent at ANY time outside of the scheduled "call time" at night, they are More than welcome to do so. (Simply contact Caleb in order to get in contact with your student.)
