Registration for our Mother's Day Out is NOW OPEN!
Our purpose is to provide quality weekday childcare and meet the needs of early childhood in a safe, loving, Christian environment.
Mother's Day Out is a year round program and is available for children between 2-5 years old. Mother's Day Out will be from 9:00am-3:00pm Monday - Thursday at Summit Church.
The non-refundable registration fee of $150 is due when the form is turned in. Forms may be submitted to our MDO Director: Gabrielle Blackwell via email: gblackwell0218@yahoo.com or in person during the work week at the church.
