Registration for our Mother's Day Out is NOW OPEN!
Our purpose is to provide quality weekday childcare and meet the needs of early childhood in a safe, loving, Christian environment.
Mother's Day Out is a year round program and is available for children between 2-5 years old. Mother's Day Out will be from 9:00-12:00 Monday - Thursday at Summit Church.
There is a fee of $150 that is due at the beginning of each school year and at the beginning of the summer. The first week's tuition of $50 is due when the form is turned in. Forms may be submitted to our MDO Director: Gabrielle Blackwell via email: gblackwell0218@yahoo.com or in person during the work week at the church.
